Awards and acknowledgments

For the second consecutive year, Gruppo Mastrotto has been included by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista in the list of 240 Italian companies that have excelled in environmental and social matters. This recognition goes to all businesses contributing to a respectful and sustainable economy.

The award, organized by the newspaper "Il Foglio" with the support of PwC Italy, was presented to Gruppo Mastrotto for its numerous welfare initiatives aimed specifically at supporting the needs of working women, including parental support, flexible hours, and a birth bonus.

The award, presented to Italian businessmen and businesswomen at the helm of companies that have contributed to the country's development, was given to Chiara Mastrotto “for the courage and strategic vision shown in running a family business capable of meeting the challenges of modern times”.

Presented to Gruppo Mastrotto for the category “Women at leadership positions”, the award is dedicated to businesswomen who have shown the ability, attention and dedication to pursue and develop the work of their parents, taking over the operational and strategic leadership of the company, guaranteeing its success and continuity.

The award, assigned by the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, rewarded our pursuit of social and occupational inclusion dedicated to people of working age with disabilities, with a special focus on Down syndrome.

Gruppo Mastrotto has been included in the list of the best Italian companies selected by the Centro Studi ItalyPost in collaboration with L’Economia del Corriere della Sera, ranking among the top 200 with a turnover between 120 and 500 million euros. This recognition consolidates our company among the best at the national level.
