The Hydraulic Maintenance Technician, working alongside the maintenance team leader, will be responsible for:

• Intervening on the hydraulic and thermohydraulic systems, both civil and industrial, in the designated facility in case of malfunction.
• Performing maintenance, repair, and replacement of pipes, water-sanitary systems, and boilers in the facility.
• Conducting preventive and scheduled maintenance on plant facilities and industrial machinery (pumps, valves, gaskets, etc.).

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician, integrated into one of the maintenance teams, will be responsible for:

• Performing regular and extraordinary maintenance on the main machines in the production cycle (wet-blue department machines, dyeing drums, drying, and finishing machines);
• Carrying out mechanical carpentry work within the plant workshops;
• Performing MIG and electrode welding for plant maintenance;
• Operating manual lathes and milling machines;

Inserted in the administrative office and working alongside the manager, the intern will be in charge of:

• Collecting and archiving accounting documentation from customers and suppliers;
• Reorganising the archiving computer system with the possibility of implementing and/or improving it;
• Assisting in the verification and balancing of Supplier Invoices;
• Assistance in the analysis and verification of accounting entries;

As a Quality Assessor, your responsibilities will be:

• Draft internal company specifications based on customer requirements and provide appropriate training to quality control managers;
• Implement and maintain a high level of quality through process analysis, corrective actions, statistical checks and improvement plans;
• Minimise critical issues, identify causes and preventive actions, involving all functions concerned (production, commercial, purchasing);
• Monitor, supervise and report on productivity and quality indicators;
• Ensure that the non-conformity management process is correctly applied and that Non Conformity Reports (NCR) are appropriately documented;
• Provide support to customer audits (process/product/system) to ensure that all functions comply with the standards of the present certifications.

The aisle worker, working alongside the warehouse manager and other departmental staff, will be responsible for:

• Handling and picking leather from the warehouse aisles by using the manual electric forklift;
• Unrolling and rolling the leather for product inspection;
• Reading bills and orders;
• Packing leather for shipment;
• Loading data into Sap management system;
• Occasional assistance to forklift drivers in the preparation of material.

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language;

Colourist - Skilled in Sampling

The sampler, placed in the finishing colour kitchen at our Arzignano plant, will be in charge of:

• Sampling colours and chemicals from pre-existing recipes;
• Create new leather colouring recipes from a master;
• Replicate and modify colours by balancing resins and colour pastes;
• Carry out product quality control using gloss-meter and spectrophotometer;
• Conduct dyeing tests and trials on samples;
• Collaborate continuously with machine coordinaors and the colour technician for the improvement of product quality.

• Degree in the field of tanning/chemicals or similar;
• Previous experience in the job, preferably in the furnishing sector;

The drummer, placed alongside the department manager and other drum operators, will be responsible for:

• Visually check the data of the recipe (based on the powders prepared by the weighers) and of the joint to be put to work;
• Set up the weighing of liquids on an automatic system;
• Check the progress of the articles and record the data in the monitoring sheets;
• Quality control of the article during processing and in the finished cycle;
• Reporting any non-conformities and implementing corrective actions in assistance to the dyeing technician.

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language;
• Willingness to work two production shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) and possibly during the day;
• Previous experience in a weighing station with the tasks of weighing and/or tumbling operator;
• Good reading and writing skills and logical-mathematical skills;
• Competence in using a forklift truck preferred.

• Weighing and preparing dyeing recipes by using electric scales (initially powders);
• Handling of tannins through the use of pallet trucks;
• Controlling stocks in the warehouse alongside the manager;
• Possible training as a drummer in controlling recipes and training in production cycles alongside the manager and the drummers.
