    Gruppo Mastrotto, an international leader in bovine leather processing for Interiors & Design, Fashion, and Automotive sectors, with over 2,200 employees in 14 plants worldwide, is seeking a Hydraulic Maintenance Technician for its Italian headquarters in Arzignano (VI).

    The Hydraulic Maintenance Technician, working alongside the maintenance team leader, will be responsible for:

    • Intervening on the hydraulic and thermohydraulic systems, both civil and industrial, in the designated facility in case of malfunction.
    • Performing maintenance, repair, and replacement of pipes, water-sanitary systems, and boilers in the facility.
    • Conducting preventive and scheduled maintenance on plant facilities and industrial machinery (pumps, valves, gaskets, etc.).
    • Assisting in the installation of new hydraulic systems according to provided plans and specifications.
    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Technical high school diploma or equivalent training in hydraulics or a related field.
    • Ability to read thermohydraulic technical drawings.
    • Knowledge of pipe laying and welding techniques.
    • Expertise in adjusting and calibrating heating and cooling systems.
    • Familiarity with current regulations for designing and installing hydraulic systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    The Mechanical Maintenance Technician, integrated into one of the maintenance teams, will be responsible for:

    • Performing regular and extraordinary maintenance on the main machines in the production cycle (wet-blue department machines, dyeing drums, drying, and finishing machines).
    • Carrying out mechanical carpentry work within the plant workshops.
    • Performing MIG and electrode welding for plant maintenance.
    • Operating manual lathes and milling machines.
    • Collaborating with external maintenance teams on joint projects.
    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical drawings.

    Job description

    Our Human Resources office at the main headquarters in Arzignano (VI) is seeking a student for a 6-month internship.

    Through continuous internal training, the intern will learn to manage the following activities in support of the Human Resources Office:

    • Assisting in personnel selection;
    • Helping to maintain and update the internal personnel database;
    • Supporting the analysis of company needs and training planning;
    • Organizing courses, managing documentation, and databases;
    • Supporting the management of HR processes in a structured company;
    • Assisting in the organization of corporate events;
    • Assisting in the preparation of internal reports.
    Requirements
