“Impossible is nothing”: Jury Chechi’s testimony at the sales force meeting

What unites one of the most important Italian Olympic champions with an international group, leader in the tanning industry?

Sicuramente la convinzione che nulla sia impossibile e che tutti i traguardi siano raggiungibili.
Surely it is the belief that nothing is impossible and that all goals are attainable.
And “Impossible is Nothing” is precisely the theme chosen by Gruppo Mastrotto for the meeting of the sales force, which was organized this past Thursday, June 30, and was attended by Jury Chechi, the multi-medal Italian Olympic champion.

« Our Group, » President Chiara Mastrotto comments – « is growing, and in almost 60 years we have acquired the strong identity of a company that is continually oriented towards innovation. I refer not only to the renewal of our products – in this meeting we are already presenting the Fall/Winter Collection 2017-2018 – but also to the innovation of our process and organization, always stressing our role as a partner of choice for our customers. Underlying everything, there is tireless teamwork, so that all of our employees can work together, motivated in the pursuit of more and more challenging goals. The spirit of sacrifice, professionalism and passion with which we are armed to achieve these goals, is the same as that which distinguishes great athletes. The reason why we wanted Jury Chechi to be present at our meeting is that he is not only an athlete who has been able to achieve the highest awards at a worldwide level with his gold medal at Atlanta in 1996 and the bronze medal at Athens in 2004, but he is also a person who achieved those goals after two serious injuries and therefore had the strength to pick himself back up and set goals for himself that the doctors had deemed impossible. Chechi transmitted a message of strong determination and motivation to the group’s entire sales force when he said, “in achieving my goals, talent counted only for about 20% while 80% depended on hard work and exhausting daily training”. “This man, the pride of Italian gymnastics, amazes me,” added Chiara Mastrotto, “because with great humility he pointed out to us that success requires sacrifice, clarity of objectives and planning of the different steps in order to achieve it; all supported by great courage and incredible passion. The same passion that he was able to transmit to all of us.”
